Deposit Alternative
Gardens at Riverside Quarter accepts The Zurich Property Deposit Guarantee. This deposit alternative is a financial guarantee underwritten by Zurich Bank made to Frasers Property Development on a purchaser's behalf. It replaces the traditional cash deposit paid to secure an apartment at exchange of contracts, removing the need for large cash deposits months in advance of completion. Once a purchaser qualifies for The Zurich Property Deposit Guarantee, the deposit alternative is purchased (for a fee) to cover the length of time it takes between the exchange of contracts to the completion of the property purchase.
At completion, buyers pay the entire purchase price (which includes the deferred exchange deposit monies) when their apartment is ready to move into.
