Celebrate 60 Years of the Queen’s Reign at Riverside Quarter

At high water in the afternoon of Sunday 3rd June 2012, up to a thousand boats will muster on the River Thames in preparation for Her Majesty The Queen to lead the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant. At Riverside Quarter you will be able to watch the pageant from the comfort of your own home as it will pass right by your window, or alternatively you can join the Riverside Quarter community as it celebrates the Queen’s 60 year reign at the front of the river. It will be a sight not to be missed as it will be one of the largest flotillas ever assembled on the river. For families and others with children, nearby Battersea Park will be a destination area with a day-long programme of music, traditional funfair and artist-led Jubilee-themed entertainment.
