Frasers Property is the new corporate identity for LCR Developments Ltd, which was established in 1994 to acquire and develop prime London residential properties. It has since developed the prestigious Charlesworth House, its flagship development in Stanhope Gardens, and the award-winning 158 apartment development at Westfield in Kidderpore Avenue, Hampstead.
Frasers Property is a subsidiary of Centrepoint Properties Ltd, which is a leading property company in Singapore, focusing on residential developments, shopping malls and serviced apartments.
Centrepoint is itself a subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Ltd, a listed multi-corporation also controlling Asia Pacific Breweries and Times Publishing in Singapore. Worldwide, Frasers Property extends from London, to Shanghai and Sydney, creating high specification residential apartments with particular emphasis on original, innovative building and interior designs.
